SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All personalized bows, bow hangers, hair accessories and other accessories allow 1-2 weeks processing time.
If you need your item faster please send us a message and purchase a rushed order option.

 

Shipping and Handling
Simply Karen ships United States wide, and International shipping prices are to be determined .
Shipping is currently 4 weeks plus shipping time. Even if you purchase Priority Shipping, it just means that I will ship your order via Priority Mail after the 4 week processing time.
During COVID we cannot guarantee shipping times as our carriers deal with much higher volumes. We monitor carriers on a daily basis and prioritize those carriers that consistently delivering quickly and on-time.
DURING COVID-19, to ensure the safety of all Americans, delivery drivers will be performing contactless deliveries. Unless specifically requested otherwise by the customer, our carrier partners will be adhering to United States Post’s safety protocols.
Under FOB Shipping Point Simply Karen is not liable for any damages or losses during shipping once payment has been made, and the order has been received by our local post office. Customs duties, tariffs and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item price. Overseas buyers may be subject to such costs as determined by their local or foreign government and we are not responsible for these additional charges.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns
Our policy lasts 3 days once received. If 3 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.

 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Customized outfits

  • Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
